We provide free onsite pickup from our Somerton warehouse.

Note: **Orders placed by 11.00 am will be ready to pickup from 1pm onwards (excluding weekends & public holidays).

When will my Order be Dispatched?

Our team endeavours to provide same day dispatch if the products are currently in stock.

Please note: During times of very high demand we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched as soon as practical. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on our carriers delivery schedule to your area.

Delivery Times

RM Turbochargers uses a number of third party carriers as our delivery partners and we select the best provider based on your delivery requirements. Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Melbourne based warehouse.

We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address. But, if no-one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left if there is a safe place to do so. If no safe spot is available to leave the parcel, such as is the case with many apartment blocks, your parcel will be taken to the carriers depot for pickup or redelivery.

You may receive an email from the carrier to let you know where you can collect your parcel. If you include your mobile number at the checkout, you may also receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.

Authority to Leave

We recommend that your parcel is signed for at the time of delivery. You can also request our third party carriers leave your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address – this will be at your own risk. Where the address is unattended, a note will be left indicating alternative delivery date or alternative pickup details by the third party carrier.

Goods delivered at an alternative delivery address will still need to be signed for, by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address, or are authorised to do so.

Please note: RM Turbochargers is not responsible for any loss or delay of arrival once the shipment has left our warehouse.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping.

No-Nonsense Returns

So, you bought it and… it’s not quite what you expected? That’s ok! It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase, so if you’re not totally satisfied, you can return your product for an exchange or refund. You can take your products to our Melbourne based warehouse or return the products via Australia Post to our warehouse at:

How to Return your Goods

Simply take your product(s) back our Melbourne based warehouse and one of our team will help you with your return or return by Australia Post in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned via registered or tracked packages at buyers expense.

Online Refunds

Refunded via original payment method after inspection of goods received.

Warranty

All goods sold with 12 months warranty.   Goods returned for warranty inspection at buyers expense.
